May 7th is the 105th anniversary of the birth of Daisy Peterson Sweeney.
Mom loved plants. Her music/teaching room was filled with all types of plants, some of which included: African Violets, Arrowhead Vines, Avocado trees, Elephant Ears, Prayer Plants, Pothos Plants, Snake Plants, Spider Plants and more. She was particularly fond of her Flowering Almond tree that graced her front garden!
